Shipping & returns
We currently delivery most items in Canada and use Canada Post.
Large items will only be available for pick up at the store or arrangements can be made for FREE delivery within the Orillia area.
You read that right, most items of standard size products qualify for free delivery almost anywhere in Ontario when you purchase $50 (before taxes) or more. Kahuna Surf Shop will cover the delivery costs for regular shipping. $10 flat rate for items under $50 for Ontario and flat rate of $20 for outside of Ontario, in Canada. Items are available for pick up at the store once you have received notification that you order is ready for pick up.
Please note that surcharges for purchasing oversized items or a large quantities of items (weight) may carry surcharges and are your responsibility.
Your order is processed within 2 to 3 business days following your purchase and we endeavour to deliver it within 2 to 14 days. In many cases, a tracking number will be provided to you. If you have any questions about shipping please feel free to contact us at (705) 325-2461.
What is your return policy for online orders?
Kahuna Surf Shop offers a 30-day return period for all purchases made online. Shipping fee is non-refundable if applicable. Returns with a valid receipt can be made by mail or at our location. Refunds on eligible items will be issued to the original form(s) of payment. Please see below for instructions on how to make a return by mail.
We will only accept returns on items that are in its original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, swimwear, undergarments, or products that are worn or damaged.
If you prefer to return your item(s) to us when our location reopens, please note that we will be extending the return period for an additional 30 days once our store reopens.
How do I return an online purchase?
Online purchases can be returned by mail within 30 days of the shipping date. Our reopened location will also accept online returns on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when making a return by mail. As such, we recommend shipping with a courier that can provide tracking and insurance as Kahuna Surf Shop is not responsible for lost packages.
Please include a copy of your receipt in your return when packing your items. Then, send your package to the following address:

Once our store has successfully received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund to your original form(s) of payment. Please note that processing a return can take up to 15 days after arriving at our warehouse due to the impact of COVID-19 and an increase in the volume of returns. Returns are not subjected to a restocking fee.
