We currently deliver most items in Canada and use Canada Post.
Large items will only be available for pickup at the store, or arrangements can be made for free delivery within the Orillia area.
Items of standard size (not considered "Oversized" to postal services) qualify for free delivery anywhere in Ontario when you purchase $50 or more (before taxes). Kahuna Surf Shop will cover the delivery costs for regular shipping.
Within Ontario, a $10 flat rate applies to purchases under $50. For all other provinces in Canada (excluding Ontario), a flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $100.
*Please note that surcharges for purchasing oversized items or a large quantity of items (weight) may carry surcharges and are your responsibility.*
Items will be available at the store once you have received a notification that your order is ready.
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days following your purchase. We strive to have packages delivered within 3 to 7 business days. However, issues with the delivery services themselves may be beyond our control. In any case, a tracking number is provided with every order.

Kahuna Surf Shop offers a 30-day return period for all purchases made online. Shipping fee is non-refundable if applicable. Returns with a valid receipt can be made by mail or at our location. Refunds on eligible items will be issued to the original form(s) of payment. Please see below for instructions on how to make a return by mail.
We will only accept returns on items in their original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, swimwear, undergarments, or products that have been worn, damaged, or missing original tags and packaging.
Online purchases can be returned by mail within 30 days of the shipping date. Our Orillia location will also accept online returns in person.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when making a return by mail. As such, we recommend shipping with a courier that can provide tracking and insurance, as Kahuna Surf Shop is not responsible for lost packages.
Please include a copy of your receipt in your return when packing your items. Then, send your package to the following address:

Once our store has successfully received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund to your original form(s) of payment.
Please note that processing a return can take up to 4 business days after arriving at our warehouse, with an increase in the volume of returns.
Returns are not subject to a restocking fee.
